Hello, everyone! How's it going? Hope doing well :) These days, as spring approaches, many festivals are being held here. and the amount of ticket demand of each festival is increased, too. whenever visitors try to buy the ticket, if every ticket needs to be printed, clerk and visitors, both of them might be tired. so, generally, ticket makers make every ticket page as a perforation cutting so that they can give each ticket to each customer easily without waiting time for ticket print to prevent those situation. If so, how can they cut perforation of the ticket? yes, it can be different depending on the amount of needs. Usually, if it is over 5,000 pages, it is cut with analog machine. Then, if it is under 5,000 pages? then, we would like to recommend digital cutting machine for the perforation cutting job. Here is an interesting example of any-cutⅠ cutting perforation by laser in our customer site. any-cutⅠ is cutting tickets by laser with the fast speed. it's cool, isn't it? and if it needs to be cut on the backside which dose not have printed images, you can cut like this by using back sensor. YES! any-cutⅠ has an option for sensing direction. please see this video. The sensor is detecting the mark at the backside of the paper. and there's another example. Have you seen that pre-cut label with perforation? With any-cutⅠ, (any-cutⅢ also) you can make it, even if it doesn't have black marks for sensing, it doesn't matter. it has a special function to make a pre-cut label without a sensor. I'll introduce how to make pre-cut label with any-cutⅠ or Ⅲ next time. Finally, it's Friday! Enjoy the weekend with your people, family, friends, lovers, anyone who you like! It will make you forget your fatigue for this week. Thank you for reading my posting!
