*White toner required 
  • White on top, mirroring the image 
  • CYMW(4C), KCMYW(5C), White =  more than 30%
Pretreatment
Heat press 5 sec for fabric and B sheet to remove humidity 
Glue transfer (A +B) 
  • 165℃ 90 sec, Strong pressure (max. 110 sec depending on result)
  • Put glue paper close to the heating plate of heat press
*A-B Separation
Separate slowly from corner to corner during paper is HOT  (within 5 sec after transfer. when getting cold, failure rate increases .) Run 2~4 times fast on the paper with soft fabric before separation to have better result .
Image transfer
(A->  Tshirts)
  • 165℃ 20~ 30 sec, Any pressure
  • Put A paper close to the heating plate of heat press
T-shirts Separation
Bes shure to fully cool down the fabric (wait more than 5 mins) 
Stabilization
  • Heat press 10 sec on the fabric
  • Better to use protection paper on top of fabric

A-B separation process is the most difficult.
Separate film cautiously but promptly during the film is hot.
Rubbing in advance will help. If film cools down easily, try to increase the temperature and time.
When using pneumatic press, do not use too high pressure.
